Long term visit pass

Hi im malaysian and work permit holder. I married this year with and singaporean man, between that i got one son thru him which was born 3 years back before our marriage . And the baby was born in malaysia. Now we have apply long term visit pass for him(Our son). Does there will be any problem for me or my son.

Have you got permission from the SG gov to marry your husband?
Have you been a WP holder at the time your son was born?

Hi Moderator,

Yes i got approval from mom n then we legally got married in spore this year jan. When i give birth to my son i was not working. I resign legally.

did you register the birth in Singapore high commission?

I don't see any issue having seen similar cases like yours, albeit from other Asean countries ...

I didnt do it so i am not aware of this as that time i didnt legally married yet..
Pls advice what i need to do now.

my 2 cent says register the birth in the Singapore High Comm before applying LTVP

call the high commission ...
