EP Application under Sponsorship

Hi Siv,

My case is similar to yours. How could you find a local company to sponsor you for EP? Could you give the name of that company? and do you have skype or email address? I would like to contact for asking experience.

You can't.

1. A company is only supposed to apply for an EP if they cannot find local talent to fill their own need. Applying for an EP for somebody else who is not even related to the company is not the intent of the EP program.
2. No company in their right mind is going to apply for an EP for someone they know nothing about, nor are they going to apply for an EP for a company whose business they know nothing about. The company that sponsors the EP is responsible for the salary of the employee, is responsible for making sure that taxes are paid, is responsible for making sure the employee does not do something illegal. They would need to receive payments from the other company and record that as inocme on their own P&L. Why would they do that unless they wanted a very large commission?
