is there a Lazy Woman Refuse to go to work spouse syndrome that Women's Charter can fix? got any number to call?

I think I forget Singapore Women's Charter is probably Gender discrimination when woman can demand money from man but man cannot do anything to woman who prefer to sit at home and wait for money to drop from sky ... what do you think ? is it fair?
