tell your landlord that your neighbour has given life threatening words while seeing your head and that you don't want your head to be seen by him anymore.
what caused this sudden outbreak of life threatening words from him may I ask?
To get there early is on time and showing up on time is late

The first step is to report the neighbour to the police.

more details: do you live in a condo? where is this neighbor located (with reference to your home)? do any other families have problems with him/her/them? is this racially motivated?

That's not very helpful.

If someone is threatening to harm or kill you, it's a good idea to report it to the police. Just to get it immediately on record. Hello, correct, right!?

Maybe he cooked curry. Singaporeans are known not to like neighbour who cook anything that doesn't smell like their own cooking. :?

We always cook at home. Rarely do we eat in hawker centres/kopitiams/restaurants. Much healthier that way.

Curry is a favourite of local Indians... not necessarily the rest of the races.
