Hi all,
My mom got her Singapore Multi entry Visa approved.
- The visa is valid for 2 years
- She is a China citizen
- I am a Singapore citizen
May I know if
- she is able to extend her stay for more than 30 days by applying e-XTEND by me (up to 89 days)
Many thanks in advance.

possible from one case just know extended a multiple entry.
btw, only SC / PR can request to extend to 89 days but getting the next 59 days or 30 days is up to ICA ...
if you only get 30 day even when you request 59 day there will be no further extension unless you go to ica counter directly ..
beyond 89 is considered long term stay
why not submit LT VP once she is here?

Hi ecureilx,
First of all, thank you for your reply. well, she never considers to stay in SG for long, in fact for this trip, she only needs to stay for no more than 40 days.
It is because the only info provided online/internet was that Multi-entry Visa can only stay for a max of 30 days. ICA did not mention whether Multi-entry visa can be extended or not.
thats why im confused and decided to seek advice from the forum.
Again, thank you.

as a citizen of SG you have the right to apply for LT VP for your mom
apply says me ... for 1 year or more you need not apply for visa for her ... less stress ....
