Hairdresser - blonde highlights?

Can anyone recommend a good hairdresser for blonde highlights please? I don't mind paying for quality but I've been quoted anywhere between $130-350 for a colour, cut and blow dry!?

Not to sound racist, but I think who you pick might depend on your race and natural hair color. For example, some hairstylists are better experienced with Caucasian hair than others. Texture is different...things like that. It's not a big deal if you're just getting your hair trimmed, but it's a different story for coloring your hair.

After trial and error I found Trimmings at Robertson walk to be good, ask for Alvin. Pricey but worth it
