Freelancing Jobs - Legal for EP Holders?

Postby DoodisHere » Thu, 12 Jun 2014 5:12 pm

I hold an Employment Pass with one of the companies in Singapore. Can I do free lancing jobs online?

My skillset suits more like online consulting etc. So can I do such freelance jobs (may be 5 hrs a week or something) legally? This is pure online stuff. I do not get much payment of these, but this is just to improve my skills.

Let me know.

Thanks,
Dood

Even if your employer EP sponsor agrees to it, the answer is still NO. MOM doesn't agree and will NOT agree to it.

you answered a second time before the OP could ask a follow-up question.

"bbut... what if... and... do you think MOM will approve of it?"

heh!
