Need help - Director's & Part time Secretary - Salary &a

Post by Alice1201 » Thu, 05 Jun 2014 2:51 pm

We incorporated Pte Ltd Con on June 13. Company only 1 Director/Shareholders & 1 Secretary, both relationship is husband & wife (SPRs).

1) From July13 till Jan14, director & secretary, we did draw salaries & contribute to CPF. Feb14 onwards, company temporary no project so we stop to draw salaries. But we still contribute to CPF, ordinary wages was changed to lower.

2) I did done my husband IRAS, declare him as company director with salaries. Btw, my personally did not declare as a part time secretary at my husband's company since I have fixed job in other company.

3) Begin year 2014 till today, company has no earn any profit at all. All expenses is withdrawn from Directors. It is consider as Lost company.

Based on above situation,
> Should continue to contribute to CPF account without draw salary?
> Should file company tax?
> If company start to earn profit, can choose to pay Director's Fee instead of salary? Secretary salary & CPF is compulsory?
