autogates and PR

Hi All

I got my PR recently, about 2 weeks back. I have opted to collect my IC at ICA, in July

Having said that, can anyone advise why the autogates (at Changi etc.) wont work for me anymore? The officer when he processed my paperwork (during the PR formalities appointment) told me that it should take a week.
