Entry Visa

Post by sugarcoatedhaws » Tue, 03 Jun 2014 8:17 pm

Hi all,

My boyfriend is currently in Singapore on a social visit pass (which is only valid for 30days). He is planning to return home before the 30 days is up.

He is planning to come back to see me in 1 month's time after he go back, i was thinking, by then i could apply for him for e-VISA again. But would ICA reject the e-VISA, since he just left SG 1 month ago and want to come again ?

Is there a rule like some minimum days to be away from SG before u can apply e-VISA to come in again ? Or there is no such rule ?

Thanks

i don't think there're open "rules" and entry depends on a whole lot of factors (age, gender, country of origin, purpose of visit, job, past visit history, etc).

so if you boyfriend's profile triggers off an immigration officer's alarm... then he may not be allowed in at the border - even if he has been granted a visa.
