you may be able to try and bring her over to start primary 1... or perhaps a private CCC/kindergarten if you can secure a place and a student pass for her before then.
how long have you been here? you may want to settle in singapore now. but as the costs mount with the increased mouths and you don't make enough money to comfortably take care of your family's needs and also save... you may change your mind. a single guy can live alone more simply and cheaply than a family unit.
that one person making $4,000 means they can bring their family over on DP but a couple making >$4,000 combined cannot even bring one child over sure seems a little odd...
