What an amount of badly thought out blubber!
I only read half of it until I cannot take it any more, but here is what I gathered:
- Only full-time courses at certain, MOE-approved institutions are eligible for student passes.
- You were on a part-time course. So no matter how many times you apply, appeal and re-appeal, no student visa will be given for a part-time student.
- You wanted to change to a full-time course. There wasn't one available and/or you didn't want to pay the fee for it.
- Thus the information given by the school (to get a work pass or other independent visa) is correct.
- Missing information is not a reason for rejection - they would have asked you to provide it later. Only wrong or conflicting information (and ineligibility) would lead to rejection. It is your own (and not the school's) duty to make sure the information given is correct.
- You are wrong to assume (several times in your litany) that you "had no choice". All choices in your life (incl. the one to mess things up) are yours and only yours!
- Given your style of whining and constantly blaming others for your predicament, I can understand anybody not helping you and wanting to get rid of you. You need to grow up (probably after returning to your home country, having wasted three years of your life for no reason).
