I am also at lost here because I am still convince that there are missing documents. Because my school said that there wont be any issue when that happens . I saw the admin been putting N.A on an (*) on the SOLAR + system . I checked with a friend that i was in school at the time so I don't think attendance is the problem .
I wont be surprise if that was the case . Attendance maybe at that time I was MIA due to the Work Permit application it took almost a whole day .
Since my school cant do it properly I decided to shift back to my ex school since they screwed my student pass application big time. A Student agent warn me you only have 3 times to appeal after that .THAT'S IT No more .
Can someone please help .... or got into the same situation .

1 day of missing school is not poor attendance. 1 month is.
surely you have to provide all required documents and proof of funds... for school... this is not unique to singapore.
as for the school entering in wrong information in your application, can you not find out by asking the school to show you or print the app out? (or something similar)
anyway, what you've posted above will probably be sufficient for ICA to think your intent is not to study...

Im not trying to game the system .Because I made a last minute decision to withdraw from my current course because the school did not give me any proper information and since my grades were very bad and couldn't keep up .I decided to withdraw since is already a failed degree . and is because of the school admin incompetency .All of my appeal material I took from outside student service which my school didn't even help me. After that I had to conform it with the other side which was very bad .When i saw the mistake they made they denied it and i ask them they said its ok one .No problem . They lied to me .Which i found out from other forum .
I use to go to college A for my diploma and advance diploma (Full time student pass)and I transfer to College P for my third year(part time under a work permit ) . I was stuck almost 3 years (part time )until I saw my transcript which they been hiding the information from me .Anyhow in College P almost everyone trying to kick me out of the program . After carefully evaluate the details i realized that all this while they should have told me the truth not play games with me . Then I applied a student pass since there is no way I can get a work permit .They also have been lying to me about the risk which actually was the source of the problem(job change juts to keep the work permit) and they didn't allow me to transfer to full time after quite sometimes they said can .I decided to come to a closure and made a decision to go back to college A to restart my final year .I ask them 3 times and they refuse to do my student pass until this recently I demand that I cant get a work permit not at this crazy time .

Since 2008 -2010 College A Student pass full time.
Around 2010 I managed to get a job under a work permit
2011 I joined College P part time under work permit .
2014 -I cant get a work permit so I applied a student pass then it was rejected .I also made an appeal and it failed .
This recently I also made a decision not to continue it further with them as they already put my future work permit at risk .Because this time I found it the info at other forum if they cant get me a student pass I might as well ask college A to do it for me

Student pass --> Work Permit --> Student pass again
how many times have you had a work permit? how old are you?
4 times with four different company .26 Years old

I did and guess what they said is nothing . I told them if needed i be glad to provide it .But they said don't worry it will go through just write the appeal . If you were me i think you also will run away or transfer if need to . Things got clearer to me when the time I applied the student pass with them after the rejection of the appeal came to my face.
anyway, what you've posted above will probably be sufficient for ICA to think your intent is not to study...
Then how to solve it ... I still thinking and finding ways to it .Especially rewriting the appeal .
