Hi,

I wanted to apply for Singapore PR but my EP is expiring in Jul-2014. Just wanted to know do i still apply for PR or do i need to wait for my EP renewal.

Dec 11 - signed new Contract with new Employer Start date Dec 14
Dec 14 ( 8am...

For today, I would think yes. Until the new pass is given, I think not as you do not have a valid EP. Without which, you are not allowed to work...
