At a bank - loan sharks usually charge higher interest rates (but they require no collateral).

Interest rates are reasonable from banks.

However as with all banks everywhere, they will only loan you money if you can prove beyond the shadow of a doubt that you have absolutely no need to borrow money.

If you are looking for a home loan there are also loan brokers that can provide several bank programs that suit your particular situation or requirements.

You will need collateral if you go to the banks. I heard that MayBank is the cheapest in Singapore.
