That kulfi recipe looks absolutely divine!
Wonder if I could do a version in my ice-cream machine. Might have to go easy on the whole saffron... that stuff is $$$!

yes but they also taste incredibly good when served in a mini clay/terracotta mould like this

P.S I bought spanish saffron here 10$ for 10gm, I've paid lesser for other substances in the past...

$80 in the UK for 10gms
... you wonder why it's used sparingly (I've only ever bought it once, and even then maybe only 0.5-1.0 gm

I think I might have made a mistake with my amounts. I paid 10$ for the smallest of these boxes and this specific brand
edit: I am reading the fine print on the boxes, I think I paid 10$ for 1 gm.

that florentine cookies and panna cotta is something I'm going to try real soon, I need to buy an oven first.

and these jams! I can't seem to find them anywhere here. I love the mango saffron jams though, its absolutely amazing.
The other was this pineapple jam with a whole string of black pepper inside it, really lovely stuff

I had the privilege to be given few Indian mangoes. Bright orange and sweet and lovely texture!
Ate all of them in one sitting. Just me, a knife and a spoon.
