If you don't mind used, I'd just get two from gumtree or other classifieds.

for something like flat screens that are nearly impossible for DIY repairs and always expensive to send back when out of warranty, i would pay a little bit more for peace of mind. brand new is best imo for screens.

no opened box discounts in singapore but you get stock clearances, especially during pc fairs (twice a year i think? or is it now 4 times?) and i believe they run parallel offers at sim lim square/funan so you needn't actually go to the fair.

i got a 26" viewsonic screen for like... 250 $ a few years ago at a fair in suntec city (okay, it was cheap at that time). last time i ever went to one. i nearly slapped a few people.

I would recommend Sim Lim Square,
but PLEASE do your own due diligence before going down, the prices are there are listed everywhere, avoid going to shops without "price lists"

Generally most people there are honest, avoid blacklisted shops (Google blacklisted shops in Sim Lim Square)
