computer cooling system .. need help

Hi, my notebook suddenly giving me a problem it suddenly pop out a message stated that my ' there is a problem with the cooling system n ask ask me to shut down and send for services'. My question is what happened to my notebook and where to get a reliable repair shop in singapore? Please recommend? Im using a Toshiba NB520 model . Thank you

Your cooling fan has either quit working or the cooling fan/radiators have become clogged with dust. Either way, if you are not a handy with taking laptops apart, you'll need a service technician. Fan could cost $40/$50 or more, labor about the same.
