Hey,
I have been offered a very reasonable package in Singapore though unfortunately It does not include health insurance. I am a western expat.
I have had cancer in the past (all clear for almost a decade now) and a life long heart condition. Can any one recommend an insurer who might take me on or some way I can arrange insurance. I have been in singapore as an expat before but my last company did provide insurance which I never claimed on.

Health insurance
Some providers - Interglobal, for example - will cover pre-existing conditions, provided they have been dormant for over 2 years.
I'm sure BUPA and AXA will cover existing conditions, albeit with a premium loaded onto the yearly charge.
I use a very good medical broker for our company and private insurance, he doesn't charge a fee and is very knowledgeable. If you would like his details, please let me know.
