I would like to know if anyone has try to do chemical peel before as I heard that there will be side-effect as it thinner your skin. I'm quite worried about it. Seeking for help, please! O:)

try the chemical peel on your bum first, so that way if there is a side effect nobody will notice :cool:
To get there early is on time and showing up on time is late

Yes, you are right. Chemical peel does thinner your skin.

It's like we buff our nails, it looks shiny and nice, actually in this process, our nail becomes thinner. Same logic :)

Why do you want to do chemical peel? And you sounded really worried...

Chemical peeling is a temporary cure to your skin problems. The same skin issue will surfaced again after some time because the problem lies with the deepest (aka root) of our skin. If you are looking at long term, tackle the root, not the surface :)

My mum did laser therapy for her pigmentation 1-2 years back, it did look lighter for a few months. Recently, we went for a skin care analysis, the deepest layer of the skin was actually damaged. Facial and facial products cant reach as deep to cure.. Anyway, it was a painful process. :x

Any recommendation to this procedure?
My doc charges $85 ( exclude GST), is this reasonable?
