Running groups

Post by Cookieman » Sun, 04 May 2014 10:53 pm

Hi,

Anyone know any casual/fun running groups that just meet up weekly r fortnightly?

I have seen lots of groups but they all seem super intense. I just re-started running again since injuring myself so am not looking for anything too serious.

Thanks

I run 3-4 times a week, where do you tend to generally run and for how long each time?
To get there early is on time and showing up on time is late
