..hi I am living in Singapore since few months ..and I am new in this forum..
I am looking for a job position as architect but I just notice how slow are the Singaporean Human Resources to answer at the emails..is just my impression and it is only with me ...or do you think the same? What does that happen?

If you are not a well known architect or you don't have PR or citizenship, they are probably just not interested. Recruiters here are only interested if they have a paying client looking for your niche skillset.

How do you tell if a bank's email to you is legit? I got an email from sc.com and it stated:

To: Me

(odd)

with a pdf attachment...how do I tell if...

That sounds a bit iffy if you were not expecting any mail from SC. I would wait until tomorrow and then call SC to see if they recently sent anything...
