Updated documents for Application

Post by here4good » Thu, 01 May 2014 11:47 am

Hi - not sure if this has been asked before but if you can help me understand whether updated documents (payslips) need to be given to ICA if our jobs changed during the application processing period?

Since applying in late 2013, both my wife and I secured new jobs in early 2014.

I had applied for my wife's SC under the spouse scheme. She has completed two years of PR and filed for her second income tax in 2014 (she made little income in 2012 and just enough for taxable income in 2013).

A quick update: in case someone has the same question

I did send the updated employment documents via the ICA email. I was not sure if this was required and the ICA had not asked me for this information, but I figured Income/Employment has a significant weightage so I sent it over to the ICA by email.
