I like them too, but only a selective collection are nice to watch. I think they've somewhat exceeded the popularity of Japanese dramas.
The storylines are excellent.

I got fascinated by Korean Drama too. They have good storyline and the music is soothing too. The actors & actresses protray their characters of the show very well. If you are watching the drama on love, it really brings you to feel it, so touching. Wait till you watch them and you'll understand...

The Koreans are doing very well with their stem cells research. If it is successful then can you imagine the future of most horrendous diseases of the world in the next 10 to 15 years

:
It would be nice to see these being cured

Some others to consider:
A. What Happened In Bali
B. Damo
C. Full House (comedy)
Jewel Of The Palace comes very highly recommended by many. I've yet to find myself a copy of that, though.

Everyone, I really recommend the drama "Glass Slippers" in Korean "Yuri Kudu" or in Vietnamese " Chiec Vai Thuy Tinh"
It has action, romance ... an exceptional storyline! I cried soooo much!

My fav Korean movie to date is still My Sassy Gal. Really Funny & touching.
I got hooked on to korean drama after watching Autumn Fairy Tale (2000). Summer Scent is not bad as well.
