Post by FreeRoon » Tue, 29 Apr 2014 7:07 am

Which agency or people should i ask for shop that is located under HDB, because the shop is left unoccupied for few months.

Thanks in advance for the advice!

place2lease.com or an agent that specializes in re-assigning shops (very rare because it's not an easy market to serve).

F&B approved shops are probably near impossible to get now, especially directly from HDB.

existing shops may find current licenses cannot be transferred or difficult/impossible to obtain.

some forms of F&B trades are outright not approved by HDB.

if it's an HDB rental, it will be left unoccupied for longer than a few months before they put it back on the market.

unoccupied doesn't mean untenanted though. some business owners find it cheaper to shutter and continue to pay rent than stay in business.
