Probably. It will look like you have entered into a marriage of convenience. However, having said that, if she qualifies, income wise, they may allow it as I don't think that they can issue an LTVP. Although, I'm pretty sure that they could issue one for the 1st 2 years of your marriage, to ensure your marriage isn't one of convenience.

I tried to find a cached copy about 7:30 last night but couldn't so couldn't restore the initial post! I guess we are going to have to always quote the initial post when responding to these kind of things.
