I got so fed up with crappy bread in Singapore I bought a bread machine.
On lazy days I throw in a bread mix, on more creative days I play with flour combinations.
You can get gluten-free bread mix in Cold Storage, the brand is Bob's Red Mill (you've probably seen the section with various flours, beans etc). Don't even need a bread machine to make it.

Wow I had no idea. I used to eat oatmeal every morning, until I ran out of it. And then I realised my bloating and gassiness stopped, haha. It didn't work for me too.nakatago wrote: Except that it raises your uric acid levels.
