Did Oscar Pistorius murder Reeva or was it as he says?

The trial has begun to fascinate me. I have no belief in the innocence of people who whine and cry on the stand - and vomiting just confirms my suspicions of his guilt. However you may disagree.

I followed Pistorius trial a bit. While I want to believe that it was a horrible and tragic accident (especially after all the lovey dovey stuff Steenkamp did for him for V day), any man who is alarmed by a burglar should check if he has all the occupants in confirmed positions before he sets out. And they were in the same room minutes before that!

While crying and vomiting on the stand can be indicative of guilty conscience, his could be of the conscience that he accidentally killed his girlfriend while seeking to protect her from burglar.

A burglar in the bathroom that causes you to shoot through the door? Yeh, right.

My opinion. Intruder story is cr*p

After a blazing argument she went to the bathroom and slammed the door.

If I give him any benefit of the doubt he may have just wanted to scare the sh*t out of her by firing his gun through the door in his blind rage.

Whatever, he is guilty.

The OP case reminds me of Robert Blake.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_Blake_%28actor%29

Found innocent at a criminal trial but guilty in a civil trial.

Blake had similar reactions to seeing his wife shot.... vomiting etc. (And for the record I think he was incredibly lucky to have thrown the Luger he probably used into a skip where oil on the bottom removed all DNA).
