My husband's pr has been approved as seen on the website last mon. We're still waiting for the letter to arrive hopefully tomorrow so we can book an appointment.
I'm singaporean and his a chinese national. We got
Married in 2012. Applied for Pr in march 2013. He quit his job in May 2013 cause we had to go back to china for our wedding and honeymoon thereafter. Came back in late July and applied a long term visit pass for
Him which he got ard sept. His long term pass was for 1 year. And the pr application was still pending.
Ica asked for his employment letter then for
His pr application, but he had no job then so a letter was needed to explain.
He found A new job in nov and handed ica employment letter and whatever was necessary.
And finally last mon his Pr has been approved. It was a long wait. But pending but better than rejected. And looking for a job with a long term pass was not easy. When he finally found one, he could not leave the job even though he wanted to.
His a chef and a long term pass doesn't earn him much. I myself don't earn much too although there was a slight increment last yr. cause I'm the sponser and I heard that it's a plus if I earn a lot.
So anyway we hope to faster get his Pr so we can finally apply for a bto and change our shitty jobs!
