To be honest, it's not as difficult as SIA's interview. To me it's very lenient. But I went for the January one. So I'm not too sure about the procedure. I got in but I failed my medical. Not actually fail, I didn't come back to give the results because I was told to go for an ultrasound. I used the review letter given from the doctor for my SQ medical instead.
Sia has applicants coming in the hundreds. When I went for my silkair interview, which I went at 2pm, there were only 3 groups so far. I failed sia twice and got booted out really early so I'm surprised I got all the way to medicals with silkair.
