Post by minemine » Sat, 29 Mar 2014 5:40 pm

Hi,
I'm newbie in this forum.
I would like to seek advice from seniors in this forum.
I'm SPR would like to apply PR for my spouse.
Can we submit application for PR, without waiting for the results of the application, then after few months apply LTVP for my spouse?
Thanks!

Yes, you can. Depending on your spouse's current status and your marriage millage I would expect ICA may even advise you doing this.

Hi, thank you for your reply.
I have few questions here too

1. If im working as part-time job but income is still above $5000, would it be still have higher chance to get PR or LTVP for my husband?

2. As a part-timer with higher income, would it be higher chance for me to get SC?

3. If I got my SC, will there be higher chance for my husband holding LTVP to apply SC? (consider having or without a SC child)

Hope to get more advice.
Many thanks!
