How to find "local sponsor" for giving birth in Singapore?

I live in Jakarta and plan to travel to Singapore to deliver my baby. I am aware of the procedures for applying for permission through the ICA, however, my husband and I do not know anyone in Singapore, so I am wondering if anyone knows of ideas on how to obtain a local sponsor. The ICA website mentions you can use a Singapore based company - are there any companies that offer the service of being a local sponsor for a fee? Thank you for your help!
