Picnic spots

Post by Fortan » Fri, 28 Mar 2014 10:12 am

I like to take my wife and kids out for picnics. We have done Chinese Garden, East Coast Park, Labrador Park and Botanical Gardens on a number of occasions. This weekend I want to try somewhere else.

Any suggestions for a place with nice shady environment with not too many people?

West Coast Park.

It also has a drive-through MacDonald's :P

I am actually surprised how many locals go picnic to West and East Coast Parks.

Rifle range

Rifle Range Road has some nice spots just off the sides of the road. You need a car if you don't want to hike in though,
