Jurong condos

Post by AmyH » Tue, 25 Mar 2014 6:11 am

My husband are planning to move to Singapore this summer and looking to live in Jurong/Jurong West area (close to his work on Tuas Rd). We're looking for a two bed/two bath condo in a nice area with good amenities, like swimming pool, gym, etc. Anyone have any ideas on good places to look at when we come over to house hunt in a few weeks? Many thanks!

We're planning on moving there this summer also, the condos we like the look of so far are; The Centris, The Caspian, Lakefront Residencies(tho these aren't complete yet) and Lakeshore. Although all our research has been online only, these all look like they've got decent facilities and are very close to MRT. Happy Hunting!

I might suggest that you define your budget and then see if you can find a decent selection of open units that fall within that. Search something like {edited by moderator} (why can't I use the actual name? It turns into a dot) to get a view of current available rentals. You'll probably see quite a variety. :o

Hi Tanuki - you can't use the name of that other website, because this forum is sponsored by another real estate company….

Or to put it differently, this Mercedes showroom isn't going to let a toyota salesman sell toyotas from his Mercedes showroom.

Is true all this condos very near to MRT & therfore very convenient for accessibility to public transport! Many expat staying too at all these condos, therefore have the feel of "the world without strangers" if your move in!

Im my understanding is 3.5 to 3.8 k for 2 bedroom, but depand of the size & condition of the condo!
