You can log into the eAppointment to fix a date for collection one day after completing your formalities, and if you want to collect at ICA, the earliest date available (as of what i saw this morning) is somewhere mid May... As i will be traveling on and off in May and hope to get everything done before that, i opted to collect my IC from SingPost with a minimal fee - i selected 8 April which is one week from now.. and yes, that's the earliest date available.. hope this helps..

by the way, when is your formalities appointment?

You can log into the eAppointment to fix a date for collection one day after completing your formalities, and if you want to collect at ICA, the earliest date available (as of what i saw this morning) is somewhere mid May... As i will be traveling on and off in May and hope to get everything done before that, i opted to collect my IC from SingPost with a minimal fee - i selected 8 April which is one week from now.. and yes, that's the earliest date available.. hope this helps..

I did that too (went to the casino) the weekend before my formalities appointment... :)

have you collected your ic? can i know what time you collect. on the slip they mention collection time only from 8am-4.30pm. can i collect after 4.30pm since the branch i booked was open till 9pm. thanks

I heard that it is quick, like 15 minutes or so, once you sit down. Unless you have problems with your documents.

Personally, I'd take the whole day off. The remainder to celebrate or drown my miseries, as the case may be.
