If he really suspects her of theft, fire her. If he can prove it, call the police. Every kiasu local owns a dozen small HD cameras; two in each car, every room in their house, etc. Why can't he put a few cameras in in place?

Why you think (s)he is a local or has anything to do on that ground with the locals? I can already tell you, from the IP it is very unlikely the case.

I understand the frustration and anger of OP because I can imagine myself in a situation like this. Yes, I would have it proven this or other way without posting it to a forum, but the fact that the OP may not know how to handle (technically) the situation does not make him or her an a*hole. If the maid has stolen something, proven (meaning, acceptable as an evidence for the police) or not, she deserves to be punished.

Yes I am angry and frustrated. I don't know how to handle this situation, there is no way I can prove her stealing, but maybe I can her age ( if facebook birthday is any proof).

Can someone tell me to whom I report her for her fake passport, to MOM or police?

Go make a police report; take the report to the agency and ask for a replacement. Forget your grandiose ideas about blackmailinng her.

If you want her to be punished it should be for stealing, not for her fake passport. Can you provide some details what actually happened and also answer some earlier questions? Did you talk to her about this stealing?

Would the OP have different approach if the maid was older (not allegedly younger) than her passport?

Let's say by one day....... I presume the OP would still file a Police Report (stealing) and contact relevant agencies ref her age?

This is turning into the realm of the riduculous; my opinion based on the brief postings.

How much (money?) did she allegedly steal and how?

TBH I think neither MOM nor the police will give a *beep* about her age/fake passport (if the case). This is probably something very common. If pressed harder they will deport her likely on the expense of the OP with the follow-up scenario mentioned already by zzm.

agree the age issue is likely a dead end and I would drop it. Hard to say much more without further info from OP about this alleged stealing.

Hi all.....I wanted to blacklist my indo maid..Her name is redacted..She just work with me for 4 mth but after that she when MIA.Firstly she told me that she wanted to when for a massage at jb during her off day so i agreed cause i didnt want to control my maid i just want to be fair with my maid.And i told her that when she come back she need to pass me her passport back to me..But for 2 days she just kept the passport to herself..And during the thir day that was on tues out of a sudden she told me that she wanted to go home for awhile to visit her mother..I told her if that true den i will just cancel her permit instead cz i dont trust maid when they go back surely wont come back..But she insist..she said she really want to countonue working with us.She only need two weeks leaves that all..She bought the flight ticket without our permission n its only a 1 way trip..Im worried that she is already sneak in singapore!!I hope if it is true that she sneak in i hope she will be caught cause i have already cancel her work permit..so guys just be carefull with this maid..she will first come with a decent look..but after a month she will reveal her true colour..and on top of that her intention of working in spore for just a simple job..send kid den go back sleep wait till employer want to come bcl frm work den she will quickly clean the house..dun waste ur time hiring her..she not worth it

You canceled her permit. Why do you want to take the further step to "blacklist" her? Just to be vindictive? Most likely she'll never get a permit again anyway.
