Oil Pulling

Post by earthfriendly » Wed, 19 Mar 2014 9:01 am

I have a jar of coconut oil in the pantry. Does it really work? 20 minutes seem a bit excessive.

I don't know about the effect on teeth but, oh boy, they make wonderful hair mask! You should try it, rub coconut oil all over your hair and pin them under shower cap for hours (but I normally did it for 10 minutes and it was good enough - to be honest, I've seen better effects with longer duration).

Your hair will feel fuller and shinier.

I bought the big jar for hair mask. The effect is good but dripping wet after I put it in the microwave.
