During PR Application Submission Process - officer says highest degree does not need to submit again since they already have it from last application.
My understanding; since they already have it thus no need to submit again. So they saved paper work doing it again. So I just quietly follow their instructions.
My question; but she took all other certs which were also submitted last time and she took all of them again.
What could be so special that she only did not take highest degree cert saying they already have it?
