It sounds like advertising if you are doing this "for your friend". Who is the $25 being paid to? Is this being charged by Club KyÅ

However just to clarify that the entry fee is for everyone and to be paid to the club.

This looks like the Internations.org event at Kyo tomorrow. About 600 people have already signed up, so rest assured OP nobody will stand alone
25 SGD is the entry charge for non Internations members not on the guest list.
