MY mom's LTVP is expiring in June 1st week. She was in Singapore for this whole one year span. During June she will have to visit home country for personal work. I want to renew before she leave Singapore though. Is it possible to apply for renewal in April 1st week?
Is there any earliest time limit to start renewal application? like 1 month or 2 months?
Thanks a million in advance!

I'm not aware of any earliest time, but you should be aware as per ica website processing time is 6 weeks. So actually the latest you would want to apply for renewal is mid April. If it were me, I would apply 1st week April just to allow an extra week or two of buffer, and avoid any potential hassle of needing a renewal. Once you get the in principle approval you still have a few months to finalise the formalities anyway.

I'd avoid changing your name altogether. It causes hassles everywhere.
