Is there any change to get PR in Singapore ?
The letter either says this or invites the applicant to re-apply after XX months or years. For repeat applicants like the OP, the second option isn't used any more. The first option means "you will never become PR, unless your circumstances change substantially."the lynx wrote:How did you know his rejection letters suggested so?beppi wrote:By already applying FOUR times, from almost the first moment you arrived, you have basically screwed up your chances for PR (and rightly so).
Your rejection letters suggested you continue to stay on with EP. Just follow that advise!

I see so many people here who act surprized when their PR application is rejected. There is an element of luck, govt policies, etc but there is also a problem of Candid Self-Evaluation.
If you think you were unlucky, and you apply again n again, it may result in more failures.
Instead, make a long-term plan to upgrade your profile and then try. Thats the only way out.
No one here is an oracle. These kind of posts sound desperate and people generalize it to all Indians.
