Its fair considerations framework. Its going to be used a lot more in the days to come.

Saw this article on Efinancialcareers regarding, headhunters now hunting for overseas Singaporeans due to FCF.

i recall a thread or article about this sometime ago saying basically it won't matter.
Companies will put out a position, wait for two weeks while unqualified people apply for it, then open it up to the population that is qualified.

i'm interviewing people right now and i don't care where they're from. For my particular business, it's better to have a large diverse group of people.

I agree, basically thats what happens in places like the UK and Australia where such norms are already in place. In Seek.com.au most of the ads are only a hog wash.
