really did ask myself this question. have taken tummitrim and personally finds that it more or less worked for me.
but duno is cos of the fact that i also try to eat small portions at both dinner and lunch tt's why the weight loss
i am afraid that once i stopped using it, my weight will go up again.
so i thk of trying to take tummitrim long term, but then again i duno what can be the side effects in the long term...
up till this point, taking pills sort of act as an assurance to me..
i tend to depend and rely on it, but just afraid someday i will regret due to the possible side effects..

try to take weight loss supplements that are certfied okay to b taken in the long term. i think for u the key is to learn how to live a healthier lifestyle and keep the weight down. There is a weight loss programm called TRA, it combines a healthy diet, exercise and proper supplementation... currently nto available in singapore yet, but has received raves in other ctries, if u would like to find out more about it, u can email mi at [email protected]
