Fat loss
Hi,
I started to work out in the gym since 3 weeks ago. Is 15-20 min per day of running and strenght training enought (1-2h/day 5-6days/week) to lose the last bit of belly fat ? I also have a good diet. Thanks in advance.

proxymoron,
If you'd been moderating on this board as long as I have, you would pretty well know the IP addy's that are spam hosts. There are also ample databases for our utilization as well. Also, their various guises to test a board are pretty well known. There are various permutations on a theme. Yes, we are occasionally wrong, but that's the rarity and not the norm.
I was talking about the OP, not you.

But, the OPs partner/double-act is so cued up to go, that they still can't stop themselves from playing their hand.
