how to appeal PR

Post by tave » Sun, 23 Feb 2014 9:25 pm

Dear all,

Need your suggestion, we are family from Indonesia with 2 grown up daughters, recently we got letter from ICA that our PR application is not successful, they have not mentioned when we should appeal

My husband is in the 3rd year here and working as engineer salary when apply 3.7k now 4.2, while I am working as admin 2nd year here with 2 k, we have not update the ICA about new salary.

What should we do? how is the possibility?

thanks

just because someone else will ask at some point: does it state in the letter that you may apply again at a later time?

Sorry, that means they are not interested to have you as PR, not now and not ever. Unless you have huge changes to your details like salary increase, acquired niche skills or higher education level; then you can try again.

I can't see the profile matching Singapore's desired profile.

I also suspect with the renewed interest in the http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MacDonald_House_bombing that Indonesian's will slip further down the list of desirables.
