On the move again It seems!!

I need advise on where the best place to start?where the best place to live schools ect? can someone piont me in the right direction please.? just so I can get started on the reseach project!

I am British expat from the channel Islands Live in South Australia, Have 3 girls 16,6,4.

lived in Spain, Dubai, SA

Any advise would be greatly recieved

Hi Coolabah and welcome to the forum. TBH your best place to start is via the search button directly above here. You will find that most of the kinds of questions you have will already have been answered a number of times in the past. Your message is too vague to allow others to be of much help, so my suggestion is to do some research on the information already on the board, and then come back with any specific (detailed) questions you may still have.
