If it's available here, it's probably by doctor prescription only. Therefore, you'd probably have to see a dermatologist.
If you get the stuff and you're going to submit receipts for insurance reimbursement, it may or may not be covered because some companies see certain prescription skin cremes as "vanity" items. I would think that Tretinoin, the generic form of Retin-A, would be less expensive (it's like that in the USA, not sure about here).
