I am looking out for a work out buddy (I usually do high intensity Freeletics). I stay in the East Coast Park so it should be interesting to have some company around that area. I love the sea and presently the breeze is awesome.
Work out friends for motivating out each other and I hope to have some mutual group some day focused on the Freeletics.
This, is a variant of CrossFit, but is composed of short form exercises in high intensity bursts. Great for cardio/ building strength. I have identified certain spots where it can be done (like the push ups/ pull ups) and the infamous Burpees!

Even if you are new to Freeletics, I'd be happy to talk over and motivate you. I have been at it for the past 6 months and its been amazing experience. I guess with others, should be fun.
