How to do freelancing without EP (or DP, or anythingPass) ?

Hi,
I would like to do some freelancing jobs in Singapore but I do not have any kind of pass, just a tourist Visa (I did had an EP last year though).
Is it possible to do Freelancing without having to drop 50k for the EntrePass ? I will not live in Singapore.

You don't need an Entrepass but you do need to form a business/company and convince the gahmen to issue you a work pass.

How can I keep plants indoors without dirtying the tiled floors? If pots are left on the ground, the soil would usually dirty the tiled floor.

Put them on elevated planters (shelves). Make sure each pot has a dish or tray underneath it.
