Osteopath - Best in town?

Post by fran8181 » Mon, 03 Feb 2014 11:43 am

Dear all,

I have serious back and neck ache for the last couple of weeks. Back home, osteopaths tend to do some magic and I would like to try one out here. As their skills varies, I am asking on this forum for advice. Have you or a friend of yours been to an osteopath here in SG, was satisfied with the service and would recommend him/her?

Thank you very much, as it's pretty urgent.

Best

F.

don't know if it's the BEST IN TOWN, but, I went to Osteopathy and Podiatry in Forum, I saw Neelam (British lady) and she sorted my dodgy neck a couple of years back! Try them.

Thanks NutNut. I ended up at a "chiropractor" which basically offers a comparable service. It worked out quite well so far (fingers crossed).

the difference seems to be the manipulation of the muscles, Osteopaths do more muscle manipulation etc as well as bones.

That's my laymans understanding, no doubt there is someone who can give you a more correct difference.
